Christmas time in Vienna is about the illuminated streets and places and of course about the Christmas markets with their smells and tastes and happy people. And yes, I do have good news for you! Even this year there will be the Christmas markets in Vienna, of course with a Covid-19 safety concept, and with a slightly belated start....

Contractingwise Soelden and the Oetztal were always a challenge per se. The destination is known and requested and consequently the hotels do not see themselves in the need of cooperation with a DMC, paying commission for their marketing and sales activities, or to leave some rooms in allotment to them. But for us DMCs a winter portfolio without Soelden and Oetztal is by far not the same as with this great ski destination included. I like challenges, I accepted the challenge and today's post is about my last contracting trip to the mountains before the Corona lockdown.
